- Will function as technical leader of the plant. Responsible for overseeing technical support, process engineering, maintenance, tooling and facilities of the plant. Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of sheet extrusion thermoforming plastics processing principles. Prepare and manage expense budgets and plant capital budgets. Lead plant Cost Reduction and Productivity Improvement program. Ensure plant is in compliance with Local, State and Federal regulations. Work with corporate engineering on integration of new equipment and technologies.
